Premchand Degra is the First Mr. Universe of India and he is the IFBB professional bodybuilder from India.

He won the Mr. Universe title in 1988 and made all the Indians proud. He was very passionate about bodybuilding and the results were that he won Mr. Universe in 1988 for India. Then he competed in the world-famous competition Mr. Olympia and placed 16th.
